Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA or equivalent from a recognized university/ institution in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Financial Management for Post 1, CA/ ICWA from a recognized and reputed institute/ M.Com or equivalent from a recognized university/ institution/ B.Com or equivalent from a recognized university/ institution for Post 2, M.E/ M.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/ institution/ B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/ institution/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized State Board for Post 3, Graduation from a recognized university/ institution for Post 4 with relevant experience.
